As the first Historically Black Athletic Conference and a leader in intercollegiate athletics, the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) is rooted in a proud legacy of excellence, leadership and community. The CIAA is a college athletic conference affiliated with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) at the Division II level, whose member institutions consists entirely of HBCUs.
